What Can’t You Sell: Our show is 100% Gun, Animal & of course, DRUG FREE! No sale of illegal substances, alcoholic beverages, weapons of any kind (knives permitted) or any other non-legal items by WV State and Federal Laws. No food items unless given permission with proper permits.
Reserve A Space: Reserving your space is easy! Simply print the form and mail it into West Virginia Motor Speedway, 324 Church Street, Paden City, WV 26159 or call us at 304.771.5051. Once we receive your form and payment you will be mailed a confirmation letter (receipt) as well as your vendor ID badge and placement stickers. Please bring ALL items to the show for vendor entry.
Parking: All parking on the grounds is just $5.00 per vehicle. Admission to the event is entirely FREE making it just $5 per car load to enjoy the awesome activities & all the vendors that the Interstate Trade Days has to offer!
Bring The Kids: All Kids are admitted FREE as well and there’s lots of things for kids to do at ITD! Kids will have FREE access to some things, while some activities may cost just a little extra. Bounce houses, face painting, balloon animals and much more!
Food/Drink Sales: All Food / Drink Sales Require Food Vendor Permits with Interstate Trade Days officials. No soft drinks, water, food, fruit, etc, may be sold without specific permission and purchases permits. Food vendors wishing to operate food concessions at Interstate Trade Days should contact us at 304.771.5051 and/or fill out a form by CLICKING HERE.
Location: Interstate Trade Days is held at the beautiful West Virginia Motor Speedway in Mineral Wells, WV. The 75+ acres venue adjacent the popular I-77 Interstate makes visiting the event hassle free. Take Exit 170, turn onto Rt.21 (right turn past Indian Motorcycles), in .5 mile turn right onto Speedway Road. The track is located just 1.2 miles off the I-77 exit (170).
Notice: No golf carts, motorcycles, bicycles, etc, may be used on the sale grounds at any time. Mobility scooters, electric wheelchairs, etc, may be used by anyone with legitimate medical need. We apologize for any inconvenience.
All Sales Are Final! WVMS Promotions, LLC in no way shall be held responsible for any lost, damaged and/or stolen items as a result of participation or purchase at the show. Under no conditions will WVMS Promotions, LLC issue refunds for vendor space or items purchased/sold during the event or up to 10 days before or after the event start date.

Fri. (5/5) – Noon to 8pm
Show Day Hours:
Sat. (5/6) – 8am to 6pm
Sun. (5/7) – 8am to 5pm
In the interest of our guest experience, no vendor site removal is permitted until after 5pm Sunday unless it’s an emergency.
- Vendors who have spaces at ITD may camp on their vendor space, as long as they stay within their space and pay the $10 camping fee. No fires are permitted at any times. Vendors may also buy camping outside of their vendor space for $25.
- Camping opens on Friday at Noon for the weekend. (5/5)
- Camping is available for an additional cost of $10 (with space) or $25 (w/o space)
- All camping is primitive (no hookups)
- NO fires are permitted during the ITD event.
- Quiet Hours (10pm). No ATV/Vehicles inside the ITD midway.
